Over three months you’ll be given a key project within the business which you’ll be responsible for delivering. We’ll also help you develop your skill set through supportive coaching and mentoring and assist you in building valuable and lasting connections with a range of people across Fonterra.
Our summer internships are based within one of our Farm Source store teams to be part of being the face and place of Fonterra Farm Source in the rural community. Through a structured programme with key learning objectives, you will discover the different parts of Farm Source and the role they play in supporting our Farmer Shareholders and connecting them to Fonterra.
To be eligible, you must be in your second to last year of study and have a valid and current work visa. The programme generally begins late November and runs for 12 weeks with the opportunity for time off for a Christmas holiday.
Ideally, you’ll also stick with us throughout your final year of study and continue to broaden your experience by working part time hours at your local Farm Source store – but don’t worry, we’ll ensure they fit around your busy study schedule.
Interviews for our internship programme will take place in August. Depending on your location you may be required to travel for your interview.
