Shipping & Delivery

Products ordered online can be picked up at your local Farm Source store or delivered to your farm or home. When your order is ready for pick up or about to be shipped for delivery you will receive a dispatch email.

Currently, all orders for Standard and Mini Bulk weights are delivered through CourierPost.

Click and Collect

Click and collect is FREE for all orders nationwide.

If you order before 2pm we will have your order ready to collect within 2 business days* including the day the order is placed, making the process quick and easy!

We will notify you by email when your order is in store waiting to be collected.

Delivery

Delivery costs are calculated based on your shopping basket total and apply to the North and South Islands of New Zealand only. New Zealand Farm Source does not deliver to any of New Zealand's territorial claims or the unpopulated and smaller islands of New Zealand including (but not exclusively): Stewart Island, Chatham Island, Great Barrier Island, Waiheke Island, Little Barrier Island, D'Urvillel Island, Arapawa Island, Matakana Island, Raoul Island, Kawau Island, Motiti Island.

Delivery costs are calculated on your order during the checkout process. A single delivery cost will be added to each order, see the table below:

Tracking and estimated delivery times

Deliveries take 3 to 5 business days* including the day the order is placed if placed before 2 pm. If the order is placed after 2 pm one business day must be added to the order's estimated delivery time. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only.

If you wish to track the progress of your delivery you can do so using the CourierPost tracking link sent to you in your dispatch email.

If you have ordered an item that is out of stock, delivery times will depend upon availability across our store and vendor network. Your local Farm Source store will contact you to advise the expected delivery date.

*Applies to items that are in stock at the time of placing your order, out of stock items will be placed on back order and supplied separately.
