Benefits
- OptiCalf â„¢Flourish contains a proprietary, patented strain of Bacillus subtilis, PB6 - a unique, naturally occurring probiotic - to help maintain the balance of microflora in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract.OptiCalf â„¢Flourish is able to be fed to calves
- NZ Zeolite from Blue Pacific Minerals is a 100% natural clay that is able to absorb 199% of it's weight in moisture. The zeolite is able to absorb excess moisture inside calves and attracts bad bacteria to help flush it out the rear end.
- Calves love the taste of OptiCalf Flourish so will help themselves if it is fed in troughs but it is also rine enough to be fed through their calf milk making it easier to ensure that calves are getting the probiotics that they need to flourish.
- BPM NZ zeolite has been fed to calves for the management of calf scours for a number of years. When calf scours are under control the calf is able to retain nutrients and concentrate on growth.
- We have heard from a number of farmers that had had a bacterial/viral outbreak that OptiCalf Flourish helped their calves back to health quickly without further individual intervention.
